2. Hiring

We kick off the recruitment process by tapping into our pool of top-notch candidates and spreading the word in our community and on social media to ensure we attract the cream of the crop.

3. Shortlist

 As responses roll in, we sift through them and handpick the best fits for interviews.

4. Interviewing

We help you schedule the interviews. You can either take the lead in conducting them or leave it to us to manage the process.

5. Selecting

After the interviews, if you haven’t had a chance to interview all the candidates, we’ll present you with the best candidates. Then, you get to pick the best match for your needs. If you’ve already conducted interviews and found your best fit, we’re ready to move on to the next step!

6. Offering

We reach out to the candidate to offer them the role and reaffirm the details discussed during the interview.
